Sarah, a licensed massage therapist and owner of Replenish Bodyworks, LLC, was born and raised in Ashland and brings her passion for helping others through the art of touch.

Twenty years ago, Sarah attended a craniosacral seminar and immediately knew it was her calling. She loved the powerful insights it provided into the body—revealing how everything is directly connected, like solving a puzzle. Life, however, took her on a detour, leading her to purchase and run a coffee shop with her husband. She cherished the connection it built with her small-town community, but after 15 years, she was ready for a career change and knew it was time to return to her “Plan A.” Sarah attended massage school, where she fell in love with Swedish and deep tissue massage and learned to incorporate craniosacral techniques.

Since opening Replenish Bodyworks in 2023, she has created a warm, welcoming space where clients feel safe and cared for. She values building long-term relationships, listening deeply to her clients’ unique needs, and tailoring her approach to provide compassionate, expert care.
